A monthly ranking of large US metros by leftover — take-home after tax, minus asking rent and the rest of the modelled month — at three remote salary bands. The tables use the same leftover equation as the calculator. They are not a cost-of-living index.

Why a monthly table
Asking rents move. Tax brackets usually do not, until January. A dated edition is a URL you can share; the numbers inside it are the same leftover math as the live ranking, so they stay honest when the rent file updates.
